The Cherry Tree is a charming bed and breakfast hotel circa 1901 capturing Edwardian elegance and style.

We welcome all interested in staying with us and experiencing a taste of history with a modern twist.

We offer high quality and stylish en-suite accommodation and all our rooms have been renovated to offer relaxation and complete comfort in warm and friendly surroundings. Rooms for all include , singles, twins, doubles and king size beds all with crisp cotton linens, flat screen tv, central heating, hospitality tray, treats, water, eco friendly toiletries and fluffy towels. There are spare blankets and pillows too.

Free wifi access is available throughout our Hotel.

A delicious continental style buffet and choice of our scrumptious freshly cooked breakfasts is included in the price and we are happy to cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and diary free diets.

Ideally situated in the lower meads area of Eastbourne, just 2 mins from the seafront, colleges, theatres, galleries, pubs and restaurants, a 15 minute walk will take you into Eastbourne town centre and railway station and bus terminus.

We are always happy to help with signposting to points of local interest on and off the beaten track, and maps and information guides are always available ;in addition we offer the Eastbourne Hospitality Passport, giving you discounts at local restaurants and attractions.

The Cherry Tree is an ideal launch pad to explore the South Downs national park, Beachy head and seven sisters all within a short hike right from the front door.

The Cherry Tree has unrestricted street parking right outside to the front and side of the hotel.

Dogs are welcome on the first floor of the building and the lounge.

Accessibility Information

Due to the style and age of the building we unfortunately do not have a ramped entrance or lift. We have a ground floor bedroom with an en- suite wet room.
