A traditional pub with plenty of quirky history

Park Gate and its surrounding areas were once famous for strawberry fields and the Talisman Strawberry, from which the Talisman pub takes its name, is now deemed a heritage variety and considered to be one of the top five most delicious varieties. This traditional pub with separate dining and drinking areas also has a room dedicated to the Tornado Talisman car with Bill Woodhouse, one of its original designers (but no relation to the Woodhouse family), seen in many of the images adorning the walls.
