The Mill House is a comfortable and very well equipped farmhouse accommodating 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms. It is set in large and enclosed mature gardens with plenty of parking and a gas BBQ and garden furniture are provided for outdoor eating.
Set on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Brighstone, The Mill House is a short walk to a very well stocked village shop, gift shop, family/dog friendly pub with garden, newsagents, children's play park and church. The Mill House benefits from easy access to coastal and inland walking and cycling paths and beautiful bays and beaches for swimming, surfing and sand castle making! Children of all ages are welcome as are well behaved dogs.
The property is equipped for larger parties including two tall fridge/freezers, two cookers, plenty of crockery/glasses, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and equipment for children including a cot, stair gates, cutlery/cups/plates, highchair, tables and chairs, toys, games, TV and books. A locally sourced Welcome Pack is provided along with towels, kitchen and bed linens and free WiFi. The house is centrally heated and has a combination of fitted carpets upstairs, rugs, stone and wooden floors downstairs and almost all rooms have open rural views.
During colder months, guests are able to use the two wood burning stoves in the snug and dining room, the open fire in the sitting room (3 baskets of logs are provided) and the electric AGA in the kitchen. Arrival time is 4 pm and departure time in 10 am.
