Musgrove House is a Boutique Bed & Breakfast within easy walking distance of Chichester centre and we also provide off street parking. We do everything we can to make your stay a comfortable one, and will do anything we can to help with your visit. All our rooms have at least King Sized beds, silk duvets, high thread count linens, fresh coffee a Nespresso machine, and a selection of organic herbal teas, and hot chocolate, along with flat screen TVs with DVD players. The bathrooms have rainbath shower heads and baths with complimentary luxury bathroom products. All our breakfasts are cooked to order with a selection of home made preserves and jams, as well as home made muesli, setting you up for your day ahead, whether exploring the City with it's beautiful Cathedral, Art Galleries, shops and restaurants, or discovering all that the local area has to offer, with it's blue flag beaches, the incredible South Downs National Park, Roman Villas, Stately Houses, and the amazing walking and cycling opportunities all round.

Key Points
There are 5 steps into the house from the Oving Road which are approximately 80cm wide, 27cm deep and 15cm high.There is good street lighting both at the front of the house on Oving Road, and also alongside the house on St James’ Road.The ground floor is level throughout, and all bedrooms are on the first floor.Guests are welcomed in the dining room, which is level throughout where they are asked to register.The area is well lit with overhead lighting.The staircase has 14 steps to the first floor, each step is approximately 76cm wide, 22cm High and 18cm deep.There is a hand rail on the right hand side as you go up.The first floor is level throughout.The house is fully centrally heated throughout but temperatures can be adjusted in each room to suit individual requirements.There are automatic audible smoke alarms in each bedroom, the upstairs hallway and guest dining roomThere are ‘In Case of Fire’ instructions posted on the back of the guest room doors.
