Het Congress Theatre is het grootste theater in Sussex met 1600 zitplaatsen en de grootste tourneeshows in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en West End treden regelmatig op in dit vernieuwde theater.

Het Devonshire Park is de belichaming van het traditionele Britse theater, sierlijk pleisterwerk en een verbluffend indrukwekkende auditorium geven de perfecte sfeer om te genieten van een van de vele professionele tourneeshows, en het staat bekend om het presenteren van een echt Britse pantomime tijdens de kerstperiode.
