The 86ft Naze Tower offers heritage, culture, tasty food and stunning views
The Naze Tower is a historic 86ft landmark and visitor attraction dramatically situated on the fossil rich cliffs at Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex. Built in 1720 by Trinity House as a navigation mark the Naze Tower is grade 2* listed for unique architectural interest. Over eight floors it now houses an art gallery hosting three exhibitions by East Anglian artists a year, a museum on the history of the Tower and the Naze, tea rooms with seating inside and out and at the top; a roof viewing platform with spectacular panoramic views of coastal Essex and Suffolk.
Wheelchair access up ramp only to ground floor reception, shop and tea room counter.
Seating outside fully accessible. Seating inside on 1st floor is 11 steps up a spiral staircase.
