Boundary Farm is a traditional 17th century Suffolk farmhouse located 1.5miles outside the popular town of Framlingham, set in open countryside with magnificent views of farmland in all directions. Extremely quiet and peaceful, it is the perfect retreat for a short break. 

You can relax on the cosy sofas surrounding the big inglenook fireplace in the sitting room where we will serve you complimentary tea and biscuits on arrival. 

The two acre garden has an ancient bay tree and a weeping willow by the pond. There are garden games available to entertain the whole family and scenic walks up the lane or around the fields to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated to reflect the style of the property and offer a full range of amenities. See website for rooms available.

Breakfast is served in the sunny morning room with views overlooking the garden. A range of locally sourced produce is freshly prepared and cooked. The full English is highly recommended. 

Families are welcome with travel cot and high chair available on request. Under 3’s are free and 3-10 year olds charged at half price.
