We have three lovely Holiday Cottages for you to enjoy during your stay in Suffolk.
All are Rated 4* self-catering by Visit Britain (the English Tourist Board), so you can be sure of quality and standards. Choose whichever one suits you best, or book all three to accommodate up to 10 people. Perfect for holidays with friends or family.
We welcome guests from Europe and are proud to have previously accommodated travellers from France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Holland, plus Norway and Sweden, and even a family from Iceland!
The Cottages date from the early 1800’s and have many Period features to enchant you, but have been refurbished to provide modern conveniences to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
All of the Cottages are just 500 metres (5mins walk) from the shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, but located in a quiet residential street.
Saxmundham is an ideal touring base as it’s just 15 to 30 minutes drive from many interesting places to visit, and there is so much to see and do in the area you’ll want to come back again.
There’s National Trust & English Heritage Castles and Historic Houses & Gardens, RSPB Minsmere and Orford Ness plus several other Nature Reserves, pretty villages in the countryside and historic riverside and coastal towns, plus much more!
There are very good bus and train services to nearby towns, and Saxmundham Railway Station is just 250 metres from the Holiday Cottages. (Don’t worry, there is no train noise at the Cottages.)

Two of the Holiday Cottages are single storey, so have ground floor bathroom and bedrooms.
There are no stairs or steps either inside or at the entrance of these Cottages, and they have level floors throughout.
