Mitch Tonks' Rockfish restaurants celebrate sustainable and responsibly caught seafood. Enjoy fish from their own boat Rockfisher landing fish daily at the back of the restaurant as well as fish they've selected early each morning next door from Brixham Fish Market. Rockfish have an ethos grounded in sustainability and understanding the importance of safe-guarding fish for future generations & promoting a positive awareness of community & resources; they have ‘Ocean Protector’ Kids packs uniquely designed by them as well as refill taps for water outside their buildings for anyone to use helping reduce plastic waste. Not only is their fish is from sustainable sources, like the local hake, but Mitch is also UK ambassador for the MSC.

Rockfish Poole is set in the beautiful old pottery building on Poole Quay, a boat haven overlooking the water. Home to the impressive RNLI headquarters and just along the quay from the RNLI Lifeboat Museum. Our seafood restaurant has a spacious dining room with high, vaulted ceilings, a bar and an open kitchen from which we serve fresh, sustainably caught seafood. You can enjoy local fish landed that day cooked to order for you on the chargrill or crisp fried and served with unlimited chips or a salad. Your server will explain the day’s availability and the different ways in which our chefs can cook it to order for you. We have our own boat Rockfisher which catches fish for us every daily along the Devon and Dorset coast which we supplement with fish we select each morning from Brixham Fish Market. You can also enjoy The Chart room, our private dining room which is ideal for a special occasion or family celebration meal.
