Wij bieden accommodatie van hoge kwaliteit met eigen badkamer, bestaande uit twee tweepersoonskamers met eigen badkamer en een familiekamer met eigen badkamer (een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonskamers). Alle kamers bieden koffie- en theefaciliteiten, haardrogers. kamerjassen en kleur FREEVIEW / DVD televisie, radio / alarm, gratis WIFI. Onze ruime, lichte ontbijtzaal biedt een uitgebreid ontbijtmenu met ontbijtbuffet, compleet Engels ontbijt, zalm en roerei, avocado en zalm op toast en meer. Er is privéparkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 3 auto's. Gelegen op slechts 2 minuten van het stadscentrum, zijn we ideaal gepositioneerd voor toegang tot een breed scala aan pubs, restaurants, winkels, bioscoop, sportcentrum en toegang tot de Camel Trail en de prachtige Camel Estuary. We zijn op korte rijafstand van stranden, golfbanen, kust- en plattelandswandelingen, de historische vissershaven van Padstow, de oude hoofdstad van Cornwall van Bodmin met zijn historische gevangenis, Port Isaac, Boscastle, Tintagel, Rock, Polzeath, Heligan Gardens, de Eden Project en vele andere attracties die Cornwall te bieden heeft.

We are committed to ensuring that all guests are made aware of Brookdale B&B’s physical layout, so that they can make a fully informed decision as to whether Brookdale is the kind of place they wish to spend their stay in Wadebridge.

BROOKDALE was built in 1912 and has two steps leading up to the front door of the property. We do not have any ground floor bedrooms and there is no lift available to any floor. The bedrooms are on the upper two levels only accessible by going up stairs to each level, although we would try to overcome any physical barriers and limitations that exist.

WHEELCHAIR USER GUESTS
Guests who are wheelchair bound will find access to our b&b very restricted.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED GUESTS
Where guests are visually impaired it is our aim to provide and help their individual needs. Please inform us of this on booking, we will assist you if required to do so upon arrival.

HEARING IMPAIRED GUESTS
We would ask guests with any hearing impairments to advise us on booking so upon arrival we can assist them in any way and we also need to know in case of fire evacuation.
