Our seafood is locally locally caught and landed and our supplier is mandated to supply fish landed between Northumberland and the Wash in the north sea. We also use bycatch and locally landed shellfish. The menu always features a seafood option in both starters and main courses.

Michael was Head Chef of the Whitehouse Restaurant at Lochaline, named Best Restaurant in Scotland despite its exceptionally rural location. He trained in some of the top Michelin starred restaurants in London and opened a Michelin-guided restaurant in Cambridge. He has also won multiple rosettes in both his previous posts.
