Whether you are hankering for coffee and a cake, need a light lunch, want to share afternoon tea with friends (including a Cornish cream tea of course!) or fancy grazing on our evening Tapas menu, The Conservatory is your Cornish connoisseur.

As you might expect, The Conservatory is just that, enabling our diners to enjoy uninterrupted views across St Ives Bay with the Godrevy Lighthouse a distant beacon. 

The Conservatory is within Carbis Bay Hotel and forms part of The Carbis Bay Estate, which is located a short stroll from St Ives Bay.
