Steeped in history with amazing views to the Isle of Portland

Built in the 13^th Century, the Smugglers Inn is located right by the sea in Osmington Mills and was one of the main landing places for smuggled goods in the 17^th Century and indeed, was the headquarters of the French smuggler Pierre Latour.

With views to the Isle of Portland and created by joining three fisherman’s cottages together, there’s a good chance due to coastal erosion that the Smugglers won’t be around by 2068, so be sure to pay a visit while you can!
