Victorian House with beautiful view across the sea and Exmoor coast

Sinai House was built in 1850 as a gentleman’s residence. The house is built into the hillside of Sinai Hill so offers the most incredible sea views over to the coast of Wales and across to Exmoor, Countersbury Hill and Big Red.

We have 8 rooms in total, 5 for double occupancy and 3 single. The guest lounge is quiet and relaxing overlooking the sea from both windows, with a swap library, games, large comfy chairs and sofas where you can meet friends and hopefully make new ones! Breakfast is served in the Dining room with sea views and eating on the balcony is possible in summer.

The gardens are very secluded and terraced with seating areas. The garden path wonders down to Bottom Meadow car park, so has easy access for walking into Lynton.
