Accessibility Information

At The Greenbank, we do all that we can to cater for the individual needs of our guests.
Our staff provide every possible assistance. There is disabled parking outside the front of the hotel and moveable ramps for wheechair access.
There are a few steps down into the main reception and all of our rooms are located on the first and second floor with lift access. Our lounge bar is located on the ground floor along with our Water’s Edge restaurant, which has a few steps down to the entrance.
There is a full wheelchair user / disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Our Executive Chef Nick and his team always have a range of items in stock for special dietary requirements and are happy to help any guests with special dietary requirements or with food allergies such as Celiacs / Coeliacs, gluten or dairy allery etc. Please let us know at the time of booking that you will require a special diet, and we will inform the kitchen.
We have free Superfast WiFi throughout the hotel, restaurant, bar and Working Boat pub, and a designated guest computer.
