Terms & Conditions for England’s Coast
- Introduction and definitions
Welcome to England’s Coast. This website is provided solely to provide customers with information about and access to accommodation, visitor sites and attractions and transport information, and for no other purposes. All recommendations by the website regarding trips, properties, rail and ferry travel and/or destinations are intended for the purpose of information and guidance only.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “England’s Coast” refer to England’s Coast which is owned by the National Coastal Tourism Academy, located at National Coastal Tourism Academy, Bournemouth Borough Council , Town Hall Annexe (Tourism), St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA, UK.. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the website and/or contributing content on this website.
“Website” means the website or websites which shall be used at any time for the purposes of carrying out the business of the England’s Coast and the National Coastal Tourism Academy. Such website or websites shall include the website which shall normally appear on the World Wide Web at the address www.englandscoast.com.
We'd like to keep in touch with you about the products, events and services on the English coast, as well as products and services you can buy relating to the coast from our partners.
We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details safe and secure.

"We", includes England’s Coast, National Coastal Tourism Academy and agencies working on our behalf to undertake research or marketing activity.
A free listing is available to businesses on the England’s Coast database until 31 March 2020 providing the business has a website, and accommodation providers have the ability to book online either directly with the business or through a third party provider.
Listings will be reviewed after 31 March 2020. All businesses will be contacted and informed regarding the continuation of the free listing in advance of this date.
Listings are available for accommodation providers and places to eat within 5 miles of the coast and visitor attractions, landscape features, activities and local transport providers within 15 miles.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
This website is operated by the National Coastal Tourism Academy (hereinafter the NCTA).
Whilst the NCTA endeavours to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, the NCTA will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
By accessing any part of this site, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do without your consent. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on England’s Coastwebsite. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use England’s Coast website after it has been posted.
