The Old Vicarage B&B is a large Victorian Gothic house situated in the peaceful, leafy Tweedmouth Conservation area, a short walk from the centre of Berwick, riverside and local beach. You have a choice of self catering or Bed and Breakfast.

The St Cuthbert Suite (Bed and breakfast), has the opulence and luxury of a 5* hotel, including a sumptouos king size bed, with 1000 thread cotton sheets, a luxurious bathroom with Carrara Marble finish, extra large cast iron roll top bath and L'Occitane products. Plan your day in our garden facing lounge filled with local books and guides. We offer a sumptouos breakfast and can offer room service if required.

For self catering, we have a beautiful apartment located on the upper floors of the house, with fabulous views of the river Tweed, the sea and Berwick's Elizabethan walls. Situated in the Tweedmouth Conservation Area, the apartment is a short walk from the historic sites and the local beach. You will have sole use of a luxury kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom and two double bedrooms. Perfect for a family of four or two couples.
