Three secluded log cabins in private woodland, two miles from Whitby

Whitby Log Cabins is a haven for couples, pairs of friends or single travellers, whether it’s a romantic getaway or for a chance to reconnect with nature while still in easy reach of the iconic seaside town of Whitby. Our cabins all stand alone, not overlooked, in our three acres of ancient woodland.

Our two luxury and one cosy cabin, are all en suite, with central heating. They have log burners and fire pits and facilities to prepare and cook simple meals. And we provide the essentials including bed linen, towels, kettle, kitchen equipment, cutlery and a small welcome pack.

Each cabin has a private outdoor space in its own area of woodland where guests can enjoy the dark skies and sound of owls of an evening.

We are particularly popular with guests who like to walk as Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay can be reached on foot via  a path through neighbouring woodland and The Cinder Track. Or it is just two miles to the centre of town via car or taxi.

Because of the nature of the site, in sloping woodland, the cabins are only suitable for the able bodied
