We focus on quality coffee and have a good sized breakfast and lunch menu of dishes freshly prepared on our premises by our multi talented Baristas. Our ethos is independent, friendly, inclusive and supportive of our local community. Karl the co-founder is no stranger to the hospitality scene here in Brighton. The founder of the award winning american bistro Paris Texas and Chardonnay in Kemp Town. He set up the award winning French restaurant, Troggs, housed in the Granville Hotel, previously owned by his parents on Brighton's sea front.
